Not a carrier

LuLuGo operates a technology platform that facilitates matching between customers and independent drivers or partners. LuLuGo is not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or common carrier, and does not take possession of goods except as described in your order flow.

No guarantee of availability or timing

Quotes, routes, and delivery windows are estimates based on information available at the time of booking. Actual performance depends on traffic, weather, driver availability, and other factors outside LuLuGo's control.

Business accounts

If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms and to use the service for its benefit, and that information you provide about the business is accurate.
