Third-party Services
Services and providers that LuLuGo uses to operate the dispatch platform, and their attribution.
LuLuGo integrates with third-party services to deliver payment processing, route calculation, and platform infrastructure. This page describes those integrations and the boundaries of LuLuGo's responsibility relative to each provider.
LuLuGo uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles payment card data directly; LuLuGo does not store full card numbers. Payment outcomes (success, failure, webhook events) are the authoritative record for order payment status.
Stripe Privacy Policy ↗Route distance and duration estimates used for quoting are provided by a third-party mapping service. Route snapshots are stored with each order as the canonical pricing basis. Map display in order details is a read-only visualization layer and does not constitute a guarantee of exact routing.
The LuLuGo platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data processing agreements. Specific infrastructure provider details are available on request.
Responsibility Boundary
LuLuGo is responsible for the dispatch platform and the data it controls directly. Third-party providers are independently responsible for their own services, data handling, and availability. LuLuGo's liability for third-party service interruptions is limited to the extent described in our Terms of Service.
