We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email address, and delivery addresses when you create an account or place an order), information about your use of the platform (such as order history, dispatch interactions, and payment records), and technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and service operation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the LuLuGo dispatch network, process payments through our payment provider, match orders to available drivers, send you service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment Data

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. LuLuGo does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. See our Third-party Services notice for details.

Location Data

Delivery addresses are used to calculate routes and pricing. Route data is stored as an auditable snapshot associated with your order. We do not sell location data to third parties.

Data Retention

Order records and associated data are retained for a period sufficient to support auditable dispatch records and legal compliance. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
