These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LuLuGo dispatch platform operated at order.lulugo.us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
LuLuGo provides a same-day and urgent delivery dispatch platform that connects customers with drivers through an auditable matching and fulfillment system. LuLuGo is not a carrier and does not directly perform deliveries.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are not transferable.
Orders and Dispatch
When you place an order, you receive a route-based quote that reflects the pricing and route at the time of submission. Placing an order constitutes a request for dispatch; fulfillment is subject to driver availability. Payment is processed after driver assignment is confirmed.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. All quoted prices include the applicable platform fee. Charges are final once a confirmed assignment has been completed. Failed payments may be retried; see your order detail for current payment status.
Driver Terms
Drivers who access the LuLuGo platform to respond to dispatch assignments agree that their participation constitutes acceptance of applicable driver-specific terms, which govern order acceptance, route adherence, and payment settlement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LuLuGo's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
