How quotes work
The quote process is designed to be transparent — you see the number before you confirm, and that number is locked to the order.
Enter pickup and drop-off addresses
Start by providing the origin and destination. This is the foundation for the route calculation.
System calculates based on route distance and estimated time
The system uses the addresses to compute route distance, estimated time, and the resulting price. The same route data feeds the quote and the driver's assignment.
You see the quote before confirming
The quote is displayed with the route preview. Review it, and only confirm when the price works for you. No hidden fees appear after this step.
Quote attaches to the order record
Once confirmed, the quote is locked to the order. It becomes part of the permanent record — the same price from beginning to end.
