Connected workflow

How it works

Three roles, three flows — all running on the same auditable record. Here is exactly what happens from order to proof of delivery.

Customer / Merchant

From first quote to delivery record — what merchants and customers see at each step.

  1. 1

    Enter pickup and drop-off addresses

Type the origin and destination. The system uses the addresses to calculate route distance and estimated time.

  2. 2

Review route preview, ETA, and quote

See the route on a map, the estimated time, and the price — all calculated from the same route data. Nothing hidden.

  3. 3

    Confirm and submit order

Once the quote looks right, confirm the order. It enters the dispatch queue with all details locked to the record.

  4. 4

    Driver is matched and confirmed

The system matches a driver based on availability, territory, and history. You see who is assigned and when they confirmed.

  5. 5

    Payment proceeds after driver confirmation

No charges until a driver is locked in. Payment connects to the confirmed assignment — not to the quote alone.

  6. 6

    Track delivery status during transit

Check delivery status from your account while the order is in progress. Each status change is timestamped as it happens.

  7. 7

Driver uploads 3 POD photos at delivery

The driver takes three photos at the delivery location before the order can close. An optional signature adds a second layer of confirmation.

  8. 8

Delivery record stays in your account

Quote, timeline, proof of delivery, payment — the complete record is available in your account for reference or dispute resolution.

Driver

From assignment review to trust building — what drivers see and do on each delivery.

  1. 1

See available assignment with route and payout details

When a job becomes available, you see the pickup and drop-off locations, route distance, estimated time, and payout — before you decide.

  2. 2

Review route, estimated time, and delivery requirements

Check the specifics: where to go, how long the system estimates, and any notes or requirements attached to the order.

  3. 3

Accept the assignment or submit a bid

If the job fits, accept it. In some cases, you can submit a bid. Either way, your decision is recorded with a timestamp.

  4. 4

    Complete the delivery

Pick up at the origin, deliver to the destination. Status updates are recorded at each transition — pickup confirmed, in transit, arrived.

  5. 5

Upload 3 required delivery photos + optional signature

At the delivery location, upload three photos as proof of delivery. If the recipient is present, capture an optional signature. The order cannot close without the photos.

  6. 6

Build trust history through consistent fulfillment

Every completed delivery becomes part of your track record. The system notes who you work well with — consistent performance leads to better-fit assignments over time.

Dispatcher

From incoming order to completion review — how dispatchers manage the flow.

  1. 1

View incoming order with pickup and drop-off details

See the order details as they come in: addresses, route distance, timing requirements, and any special instructions from the customer.

  2. 2

See available drivers with recommendation scores

The system surfaces drivers who are available in the territory, with recommendation scores based on history, proximity, and capability match.

  3. 3

Compare ETA, vehicle type, and territory match

Review the options: which driver can reach the pickup fastest, whose vehicle fits the load, and who has the strongest match for this territory.

  4. 4

    Dispatch to selected driver

Assign the order to the chosen driver. The assignment is timestamped and both the driver and the customer are updated immediately.

  5. 5

Monitor delivery progress and status changes

Track the order through each status change in the console. Every transition is visible — no blind spots between dispatch and delivery.

  6. 6

    Review completion evidence

After delivery, review the POD photos, the status timeline, and the overall delivery record. Everything needed for accountability is in one place.
